let's have fun - but we gotta keep it real

we started at 8 PM. we had pizza and coke and stories to share about ourselves. we were bonding, getting to know each other. from all over the real & game world. seattle, philly, rye,ny, cairo,egypt, budapest,hu, la... nintendo, sega, blizzard -- or zero experience... 7 women and 5 men - although we are not conducting a G experiment. we collective dodged the idea. we are tight - although we are already in two competing camps. the ODs. 'order' and 'disorder'ers. together: the 'TiLt's. we are going to make history. lose a sense of time. gather in the same space in the middle of the night. we are going to be addicted. i'm buckling up, and for the first time in my life, i'm hoping that the special skills i have cultivated in the 'real' world' will translate well into the virtual. i'm going after the enigma of this: 'do you think it's air you are breathing?' i hope i'll get addicted and pass the test. come out on the other side, transformed. it's going to be fun. the blog will keep it real.
